Server administrators with the appropriate permissions can customize the bot's display name, avatar, banner, and bio on a per-server basis through the dashboard. These changes only affect how the bot appears in your specific server and do not impact other servers.
You are responsible for ensuring any custom names, images, or bios you set comply with Discord's Terms of Service and do not infringe on any trademarks, copyrights, or third-party rights.
Access to the web dashboard requires Discord OAuth2 authentication. You must have the "Manage Server" permission or a designated dashboard role in a server to configure the bot for that server. We reserve the right to restrict dashboard access at our discretion.
We strive to keep Clan Bot running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Content uploaded through the bot (images, embeds, messages) remains the responsibility of the uploading user. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the bot and dashboard for any user or server that violates these terms, including through the Global Honeypot ban system. Users may appeal bans through the appeal process.
Clan Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues that arise from using the bot, including but not limited to misconfiguration, unauthorized access, or service outages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
